Desperate Working Mommas
Your one-stop site for fanatical television snarking, questionable political analysis, occasional attempts to address the parenting issues facing working mothers, and halfhearted promises to stop obsessing about the entertainment industry, already! Oh, not to mention the random bitching and moaning. There's always that.

My head! It hurts! It hurts like a bruise!

That title goes out to my sister, Jenny, in New Mexico. Hey, sis! What pain reliever SHOULD I use?

I'm sick, y'all... SICK, I say! Just so you know.

Carry on.

Sue just tried that "Head On" stuff - it looks like roll on deodorant and you put it on your head. It offered pretty quick relief, but not long lasting. SO -roll it on and pop some drugs. They should kick in by the time it wears off. Oh - and if you take slightly more than the recommended dose of Advil, it works as an anti-inflammatory, thus will stop your blood vessels from constricting and causing you grief. Drink water. GET WELL!

Poor Cat. Feel better soon. I always find some form of Ibuprofen works best, especially the stuff that contains a little bit of codeine (sp?).

Aw, so sorry. I hope this is too late to be of any help, meaning, I hope your head is all better. I use Excedrin for a beginning migraine; it has caffeine, though, so don't do that if you're needing to go to sleep, too. Be well.

Sorry you be sick, Cat.
I say take the ibuprofen. Codiene gives me nightmares, so I avoid it.
Dark room+rest is good too, but I KNOW with three kids that usually ain't an option. Good vibes coming your way.

Wait, weren't you sick just last week? You can't be sick AGAIN, already. You're just craving some windowseat time, aren't you? AREN'T YOU?

Okay no, probably not. I'm sorry you're sick. :(

Have you been over licking up Greenie's germs?

Sorry, that was grosser than I meant it to be.

But not so gross I'll delete it!

Feel better, poor little chica!
