Desperate Working Mommas

Do Not Disturb

busy

WAY busy, a'ight?
Until further notice...

ETA: O! M! G! This is SOOOOOOO gloriously exciting! Go, Harry! Go, Harry!

EATA: Man. Oh. MAN. Now that's just plain MEAN, J.K. Rowling. A cliffhanger?! After THAT roller coaster ride?! MEAN, I say! Just... mean.

(You've GOT to read this book, y'all. You will DIE.)

The cover matches your Lucky Charms shirt. That means it has to be good, right?

Sweetness. Kalki, you totally beat me to what I was going to say about matching! Hooker.

You forgot to put in the part about when you wondered why she took a picture of herself on the potty with the reading material. Okay, that was just me. My glasses are in the other room...

That? Was AWESOME.
But my heart? My heart? It aches.

It was the person that died, isn't it? Dang it, now I have to go out and buy it.

I was one of the nerds who went out and bought it at midnight on Friday and I am trying to savor it. Normally, I would rush through and finish it in one day, but, my kids go back to school Tues and I would like to savor it alone! Oh, but I already read the first 100 pages, and it is so hard to read it slowly. I'm so jealous that you finished and I am so scared to find out who dies. I don't want my heart to ache, too. Oh, poor Cat, all achey heart and everything!

mrtl, never underestimate the obsessive-compulsive mind...

Oh my goodness, guys... my 9-year-old, T.D., finished it in a little under seven hours according to Grandma. GOSH! What in the world have I done?! Anyone think I passed on the OC gene, hmmm? Seriously, did he even EAT, Mom?! SEVEN HOURS?!

He then apparently spoiled the book for everybody, as my 7-year-old daughter called and tearfully cried to us, "I'm so sad! (Insert spoilerish name here) died!"

Word, Mac. Sadness unto us.

I KNOW, right?! But I want to go on record as saying that I don't think what we saw happen (between a certain two people who shall remain nameless but if you've read the book you totally know who I am talking about anyway) is what REALLY happened. I think much was going on SILENTLY, before IT happened. You know what I'm saying? I don't think a certain someone is what he appears to be, no matter what that certain someone may have done to indicate otherwise.

Phew!

Cryptic enough for y'all? Good.

I'm with you Cat. I don't think what happened really happened and it's just one of those secret plans that we haven't been told about yet. Atleast, that's what I'm hoping. Or I just have problems facing the truth.

A-HA! Thank you, Di! Validation!

Then again, facing the truth has never been my forte. Just sayin'. I still say Tom Cruise isn't really gay.
